As is normal at this time of the year, there are big questions to be answered. We believe the outlook for the Private Rented Sector remains positive. Although the latter half of 2023 saw demand from prospective Tenants fall away, which had the consequence of rent levels also begin to subside, this was after a period of record demand and steady rent increases. With inflation hopefully under control and an improving forecast for the economy, perhaps now is the time to be optimistic!
