They went over and above what was required of them

We used Lambert and Foster in Paddock Wood to sell my Dad’s house. My Dad passed away last year. From the first time we met Ross when he came to value the house we found them incredibly professional but also very kind and sensitive to the circumstances of the sale. The communication from them was excellent all emails and phone calls were answered immediately. They also always let us know about any viewings and fed back on these viewings. We feel they went over and above what was required of them, they made multiple visits to the property (which was empty) and even went and turned off the heating when we accidentally left it on after a visit and read the meters on the day of completion. We also found them to very straightforward and honest and felt that they were acting in our best interests at all times. We also wanted to make a special mention of Helen Hudson; the house had been our childhood home and the sale of it came with a lot of sadness. Helen was aware of and acknowledged this which really meant a lot. Lambert and Foster were recommended by local friends and we are so pleased that we used them and would not hesitate to recommend them to others and indeed use them ourselves again if the need ever arose.
