Successful sale of development land in East Sussex
Lambert & Foster have completed on the sale of a greenfield development site for 65 houses in Ninfield, East Sussex. It is pleasing to know that the funds raised from the sale of this site will go to a good charitable cause.
It has been a pleasure to act on behalf of the Worrall & Fuller Charity who have owned the land for over 400 years. The Charity are only a small charity that receive limited income and provide grants to support the education and training of children and young people who live in the southern part of the Borough of Islington. The sale receipts will enable the Charity to provide further good work by providing extra school tuition, musical tuition, educational materials, school uniforms, laptops, leisure trips and funding to help pay the debt of a family, amongst others.
Thank you to Ed Owens at Riverdale Developments Ltd who have done everything they said they would do, and we look forward to seeing the houses being built.
Having set up the Promotion Agreement with Gladman in 2020, it has been good to work over the years with Jed West, Julian Wilkinson, Steve Barker, Simon Wilson, Mark Heath Jody Phillips and Lynette Anderson.
