Safe property viewing – use a Propertymark Protected Agent
Safety is paramount and the property industry must strictly play its part during the latest lockdown as the housing market remains open. It is vitally important that agents as well as buyers and sellers adhere to the strict protocols implemented during lockdown and the specific Government safety guidelines.
As members of Propertymark you can be assured our staff are following the current safety guidelines to protect everyone’s safety. In return, we ask anyone who is attending a viewing to follow this advice:
- Appropriate protective equipment must be used
- Respect social distancing
- Allow time to ensure cleaning takes place between viewings
- Wait a distance from the property until asked to enter
- Restricted to a maximum of two adults
- Lights will be switched on, doors and cupboards open, we ask you not to touch surfaces
