bordered by open land on the south and west which is enclosed by a 10 metre Cypress hedge that borders
the rear gardens of the houses to Charing Hill. There is a similar well maintained 5’ hedge to the south-east.
Each of the houses would have a private garden.
Planning Permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council for the erection of 4
dwellings (subject to conditions on the 6th April 2020). Ashford Borough Council Reference 19/01274/AS.
