L&F Newsletter – Asset – Spring 2020
Welcome to our first edition of Asset Magazine in 2020. It was an extremely busy year in 2019 and with the election result providing some certainty for the property market in what has been a turbulent few years, we hope that decisions can now be made with more confidence.
At the time of writing this article, we should be leaving the EU on the 31st January. There will, of course, be a
long period where we will not know the exact detail and what the impact on leaving the EU will bring. Whether good or bad, we are going down a path with more certainty than previous years and the Lambert & Foster and Bloomfields teams are always available to provide sound, professional advice to help guide you along this next journey in 2020.
