
Green light for 120 zero carbon ready homes
Lambert & Foster acted for a fruit farming client whose land was identified for development in the emerging Tunbridge Wells Local Plan.

A development partner was put in place by way of an Option Agreement. The national housebuilder has continued to promote the site, and it is now a draft allocation in the Tunbridge Wells emerging Local Plan.
We are pleased to confirm that Councillors at Tunbridge Wells have given the green light for 120 zero carbon ready homes of which 48 new homes will be shared ownership or affordable rent including bungalows. 65% of the site will be retained as green open space for the local community and there is land set aside for a new medical centre. This will also bring £2,100,000 of investment into local services and infrastructure.
