LAMBERT & FOSTER EXPAND WITH APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS
Lambert & Foster are delighted to announce the expansion of their management team with the appointment of four new Directors.
Within the rural team, Chartered Surveyors Katie Hurley and Jon Booth are promoted to the position of Director on the main board. Based at the Paddock Wood office, Katie heads up the rural valuation team. She has been with the firm for 7 years and her experience in the rural sector is enviable. Jon, who is also based at Paddock Wood, looks after the firm’s estate management and lettings alongside advising on valuation, diversification and subsidy and grant issues.
Joining the main Lambert & Foster board from Bloomfields Chartered Town Planners (the planning arm of Lambert & Foster) are Tom Ogden and Gary Mickelborough, who also continue their Director role for Bloomfields. Tom and Gary oversee the day to day management of Bloomfields and recently supervised the expansion of services via the firm’s Mayfield office. The Mayfield office is now able to offer a full range of Bloomfields services to clients in Sussex and Surrey.
Director, Alan Mummery, says “We are very lucky to have such a deep pool of talent at Lambert & Foster and Bloomfields and are excited to welcome our four new Directors. Jon and Katie have strong connections with the Kent and Sussex farming communities and have individually grown their own client base. Tom and Gary have been instrumental in promoting the Bloomfields Chartered Town Planning brand as well as offering their own extensive expert advice on a full range of planning and development matters. This side of the business has grown substantially during the last 5 years and there is more on the horizon – watch this space!”
The firm’s future is in safe hands and with ambitious plans to continue to grow and develop their range of services it is an exciting time for the new Directors. The firm is now made up of eight Directors, all of whom collectively bring an impressive 150 years of experience between them. Lambert & Foster are always on the look out for talented rural surveyors and planners, so if you are interested in joining this successful team, now is a good time to get in touch.
