Continued expansion of Horsmonden
Lambert & Foster acted for the landowner on the eastern edge of Horsmonden in setting up an Option Agreement for residential development for the continued expansion of Horsmonden.
The land is a Draft Allocation in the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council emerging Local Plan, and we are pleased to report that planning application for 163 new homes has been submitted to help deliver much needed private and affordable housing in the area. We have worked closely with Persimmon and Bloomfields, in working up a hybrid application for the site.
