What a year!
As we enter into 2022, we reflect on the highs and lows of 2021 and the challenges that have been overcome. We were in lockdown at the beginning of the year and, with the rollout of the vaccine, our freedom was gradually returned.
The property market continues to perform well and we find demand is still outstripping supply. We hope to see the continued stability of the market through 2022.
The planning system is one to watch as we wait on the Government to clarify any proposed changes.
In addition to this, as I write this article, the COP26 Climate Summit is just gathering. Whatever decisions the world leaders make at this summit, they are likely to impact our jobs, how we heat our homes, what we eat and how we travel!
