150 houses in East Kent
We are pleased to report that we have exchanged on a Promotion Agreement with a national promoter on a farming client’s piece of outlying land in East Kent. This proposal could provide 150 dwellings with associated affordable housing. Originally the client approached us to potentially dispose of the land and we identified that there may be development potential due to a lack of supply of housing locally and a nearby planning permission being granted for residential development.

With the continued demand for building new houses nationwide, we are seeing strong demand for residential development land particularly with a planning permission.
Please get in contact if you have land you think may be suitable for promotion for residential development.
